Check whether the model uses a plate, rods or another structure and what material the source actually names. Do not copy the specifications of a similar-looking model.
Consider the whole shoe
Foam, geometry, outsole and fit all contribute to how footwear behaves. The presence of carbon alone cannot establish value or suitability.
State your test conditions
If you compare shoes, record route, pace context, distance and the order of testing. A personal impression is useful when its limits are clear.
