Use your own words and photographs or material you are permitted to publish. Do not post addresses, payment details, identity documents, private order numbers or personal information about other people.
Discuss uncertainty
Separate observation, suspicion and established fact. Do not call an individual or business criminal on the strength of a photograph or a vote. Avoid harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse and organised voting.
Disclose incentives
Identify employment, brand relationships, gifted products, affiliate incentives and paid coverage when relevant. Do not submit fake purchases, copied reviews or multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes.
Moderation and appeals
Contributions and photos may be held for review. Moderators may remove private information or hide content while examining a complaint. Use the private report form to request a review of a decision.
